BetterLabs, through its "Causable" initiative leverages their product development capabilities to extend the impact of non-profits. They developed pro bono the first version of Milaap's online platform in a short span of two months.

One97, a Mobile Value Added Services company supports Milaap with PayTM, a secure cross-platform payment gateway that enables payments across web, mobile and IVR. We do not incur a processing fee for loans made from Indian banks, ensuring that the entire loan amount goes to the borrower.

Our co-founder Anoj was part of Dasra Social-Impact hosted by Dasra, India's leading strategic philanthropy foundation that supports 150 non-profits and social businesses and has mobilized USD 7mn in funding for development.

Dasra Social-Impact is an annual executive education program to help build 3-5 year business plans that scale the social impact of non-profits and social businesses. As a participating enterprise Milaap won the Dasra Social-Impact Award 2011 in Social Business category.
