Dhosa Chandaneswar Bratyajana Samity (DCBS) is a not-for-profit society based in West Bengal that has been working in the microfinance and integrated women’s development sector for around eight years. The focus is on zero-budget natural farming, public health, adult education apart from rural electrification. Working in the district of South 24 Parganas, DCBS has disbursed over 10,000 loans to women across 160 villages to date. DCBS has tied up with ONergy and Milaap to bring lighting to households in rural West Bengal.

Safe Hands Multipurpose Co-Op Society Limited was set up in Hubli in 2011 to cater for multiple credit requirements of people. The Society has a large member base and provides low cost financing for multiple financing purposes. Education is a strong focus area, in which Safe Hands has been financing skill-development and vocational education for nearly a year. It provides education loans at approximately 13% for course fees, boarding, and other miscellaneous expense for the coursework. The Society is managed by an excellent professional team from various fields, and is committed to serving credit needs in the region.

Medskills
MedSkills is a vocational and skills development program for the healthcare industry leading to employment backed up by certification from a Government of India Initiative. The training program addresses knowledge and skills required for getting a career started in the healthcare sector. The modules cover both technical and communication skills that are essential to success in the industry. Intensive courses, which focus on computer based training, are offered for two months, followed by On The Job training in select hospitals. Vocational Job-Oriented Courses such as 'Healthcare Coordinator', 'Laboratory Assistant', and 'ECG Assistant' and more courses bridge the gap and ensure employability with leading hospitals, private nursing homes, self employment, and for pharma companies.

ESAF (Evangelical Social Action Forum) is a national development organization established in 1992 by a group of professionals with the vision of sustainable holistic transformation of the poor and the marginalized and thereby envisioning a just and fair society. The main focus of ESAF is micro enterprise/ finance development, sustainable health, human resource development, child development programme, disaster mitigation and management, advocacy and networking. Nirmal Jeevandhara Project is an initiative of ESAF to assist communities to access to individual water connections and toilets. The programme is currently operating in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh states in India. The goal of this project is to promote an environment of sustainable drinking water both in terms of availability and accessibility, and sanitation improvement managed through active people’s participation.

Gramalaya Microfin Foundation (GMF)
Gramalaya Microfin Foundation (GMF) is a microfinance organization in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. While GMF offers a host of loan products, Milaap works exclusively with GMF to promote their integrated program for training and launching rural entrepreneurs. The program starts when individuals interested in becoming skilled entrepreneurs sign up for GMF’s GREAT (Gramalaya Entrepreneurs Associates, Tamil Nadu) training program. During training, individuals choose one of 12 income generating life skills to learn. Participants in this program are then connected to a larger wholesalers or brand names for secure sale of their products.
